Hallmarked on the side as shown and underneath the foot. The whole of the object still retains most of the original lemon gilding. The underneath bears the following inscription: St Mary Upper Edmonton to the glory of G-d and in loving memory of G R Hammond who departed this life November 5 AD 1883.
