A very good Victorian solid silver Bachelor Teapot. It stands 5 1/2 or 13.5cm tall.

23.5cm or 9 1/2 from handle to spout. Weight is 477 grams or 15.4 ozt.

In what is often called the'Queen Anne' pattern it has half fluted decoration to the oval body. Ebonised wood handle and finial. Raise and domed hinged lid with fluted decoration. Maker's mark of William Hutton & Sons Ltd.

In very good, clean condition. The handle is firm and the pins are in place.
