Victorian Medical Antique Solid Sterling Silver Plaster Case Holder 1897 Nursing
A very rare Victorian solid sterling silver plaster case. It is hallmarked for Birmingham 1897 with the makers mark being that of Horton & Allday. It has been superbly designed being engraved'WE HEAL ALL WOUNDS SAVE THOSE OF LOVE'. The small blue sleeve would have once held plasters but they have all been used.
It is in superb condition being free from dings splits and repair. 1.75 inches (4.5cm) long by 1.25 inches (3cm) wide and weighs 16 grams.
