Antique Victorian sterling silver compass fob. It has a lovely design to it. It is hallmarked underneath with its' makers mark J. As well as city it was made (Birmingham) and the date (letter u representing 1894). Would make a great addition to any collection + great gift.
The diameter of the fob measures around 3 cm tall. The bottom part measures around 1.5 cm. It weighs around 4 grams. The glass is a bit foggy. Some surface marks and dents.
When very closely looked, the top part is slightly misshaped on one side. I'm not sure if the compass is properly working. Please refer to the pictures.
