The various attachments on this equipages were crafted by another London smith.. Archibald John Douglas I believe.. All of the pieces date from the 1870's...

Scissors in scabbard, vinaigrette or pin cushion? Velvet-lined thimble holder, needle box...

The intricate classical scenes begin with Poseidon on the top.. Possibly Amphitrite next then Hebe? Full weight 207.6 grams....
