Rare antique victorian era vanity jar - medium size cut crystal glass jar with ornate repousse sterling silver lid, makers mark for foster & bailey, the center set with a brilliant faceted amethyst gemstone or crystal? One of the prettiest we've seen in awhile. Approx 3 inches diameter x 2 3/8 inches tall.
