Victorian glass paperweight inkwell, with a pierced sterling silver collar mount of trellis work, flowers and scrolls, and a hinged lid. Made by William Comyns & Sons, and assayed in London, 1895. [lion passant] ·925 Sterling Silver. [WC] William Comyns & Sons. Small chip to the glass base edge, and a uneven lid with some deposit to the underside. It measures 79mm wide by 57mm high.
