Very Nice Antique Sterling Silver 8 Bell Baby Rattle 1907

  

This is a nice antique sterling silver baby rattle and whistle hallmarked Birmingham 1907 made by Chrisford & Norris, the makers mark is poorly struck but I can see the C for Chrisford & Norris who made many baby rattles at this time. The rattle is in very good condition with no damage or repairs, just a few very minor usual use marks. The bottom layer of 3 bells may have been changed at sometime as they are slightly larger than the other 5. The teething ring is made of mother of pearl.
