A stunning solid sterling silver box or small tea caddy. It is hallmarked with German Hanau marks and the lion and key Dutch mark showing it was made for export, it also has a full set of English import marks showing it was imported via Sheffield 1894 with the sponsors mark being SBL for Samuel Boyce (or Boaz) Landeck.

It has been beautifully designed with the sides and lid being embossed with 18. It is in superb condition being free from dings splits holes and repairs. The inside is clean, the lid closes nice and tightly. It measures over 2.25 inches (6cms) across by 2 inches (5.1cms) tall and weighs 66 grams. If you have any queries etc...
