Stunning Antique Victorian Solid Silver Diamond Paste Long Drop Bow Earrings

  
I really cannot stress how gorgeous these earrings are, I just could not capture how sparkly they are, so if you think they are beautiful now, wait until you see them in person! The paste are all original, including the beautiful large pear shaped stone at the bottom, one or two have dulled over the last century but 95% are full of fire , there are bows, flowers and pear drops, whats not to love!! They currently have a screw back fitting which has probably been added to them in the 30s or 40s, they would have originally had a shepherds hook fitting, and if you look closely you can just about see where it was. I was going to take these to the goldsmith to have these put back, but I have decided to leave this to the next custodian just incase they would rather have them as screw backs. In terms of condition they are fabulous, considering they are well over 100 years old, the only thing to report is one tiny paste stone missing, I can replace this if you like, but I havent done it as I wanted to list them as all original stones. There are a couple of marks on the earrings, one is a sterling mark on the screw fitting, the other is a very faint mark on the large drop section of the earrings, it looks like 50?? You can just about make this out on the pictures. The earring measures a substantial 7cm and are 2.5 at the widest point.
