A rare English Victorian antique solid sterling silver gilt medicine spoon. It is hallmarked for London 1863 with the makers marks being TJ. It has have been superbly made having two different sized ends for administering medicine. The whole piece has been gilded.
It is in super condition being free from dings slits and repairs, a single tiny dimple in the larger bowl see final photo. 5 inches (13cms) long by 1 inch (2.8cm) wide at its widest point and weighs 21 grams.
