English antique sterling silver snuff box by Nathaniel Mills, hallmarked from Birmingham in 1842, engraved to lid " Charles Hardie Auchterarder ". One pinhead sized dink on base (very very minimal), now the inside base area has an old repair at the back right hand area, all then I would say lightly gilded, a very good repair and I would suspect would go missing by a majority of people. A super clean looking piece which measures 68x40x17mm.
