Lovely Victorian Origional Solid Silver & Scottish Agate Padlock Clasp. Here is a really lovely victorian origional solid silver & scottish agate padlock clasp.

The clasp measures threequarter inches by one & a quarter inches including the clasp & is all set in solid silver, although not marked tested & guarranteed as such. This clasp is really lovely & totally origional to the victorian era, shield shaped with one side having early victorian chasings in lovely detail & the other inset with real scottish agate which is flat cut & polished & orange/brown type colour. The clasp works as it should & it dates to the victorian era when scottish jewellery was at its height around the 1880s & just has wear as you would expect.

This really is a delightful antique clasp in very good origional complete condition & a rare early example of these that are getting harder to source these days. I love antique jewellery, so hope that you to can appreciate my items, that have been pre loved with history.
