LARGE, IMPRESSIVE VICTORIAN ANTIQUE SOLID SILVER DESK INK- STAND. Hallmarked for LONDON 1898, with makers mark for HORACE WOODWARD & CO. / 43.5 ozs, including pair cut- glass ink bottles.

Total weight of sterling silver is 835.2gms. / 26.8 troy ozs, measuring 29.5cms across, 21.5cms front to back, height 7.3cms to top of central pot. Ink bottles measure 6.2cms high, 5.5cms across / diameter.

Made from a good thick gauge of solid silver standing on 4 ball and claw design feet. Ink bottles in good condition throughout, with no cracks or chips. Engraved, in Gothic script to top of central pot. In good condition throughout, with no dents, cracks, splits or repairs.
