Beautiful Victorian Solid Silver Vinaigrette. The main body has no dents, splits or significant scratches. The grill has a dent down towards the hinge, as a result the grill doesnt completely sit into the body of the vinaigrette, it is slightly raised near the hinge. Because of this the lid of the vinaigrette doesnt completely close on one side by the grill hinge. The grill has no splits to the pierced design.

On the underside of the grill the edge of the grill by the hinge is split. The hinge of the main body of the vinaigrette is showing signs of age and is slightly loose. I have tried to show the condition carefully in the photos. If any further photos are required please get in touch.

Hallmarked in three places, under the top lid, on the bottom of the vinaigrette where the sponge would be and also on the grill. Stunning engraved design around the top and bottom with slightly raised border.

Very pretty floral design on the grill. Small cartouche to the top which is monogrammed with what looks like EEJ. It is approx 31mm long, 20mm wide and 8mm high.
