Beautiful Victorian Quality Solid Silver Bacchante Lava Cameo Brooch. Here is a lovely victorian quality solid silver & Lava bacchante cameo brooch. The brooch measures one & a quarter inches by over one & a half inches and is all set in a solid silver frame, which although not marked is tested & guarranteed solid silver. The cameo is made of lava and is really beautiful and exquisitely carved of the head & shoulders of a bacchante or similiar, in beautiful raised detail and quality carved. The cameo has a pin & Cclasp working well and dates to the victorian period and as with age this cameo just has odd marks & just needs a polish, see pics. This really is a beautiful victorian rare lava cameo in good origional complete condition as stated and such an nice example of these. I love antique jewellery, so hope that you to can appreciate my items, that have been pre loved with history.
