Antique Victorian SOLID SILVER Engraved Unusual Collar BOOK CHAIN Necklace

Here I have an antique Victorian solid silver book chain / collar necklace. It features lovely engraved links and it fastens with an oversized bolt ring which could be used to hang a locket, or it can be worn alone as a striking necklace. Unmarked but guaranteed solid silver. I have lots of wonderful Victorian period lockets in my shop which would look fabulous with this book chain!

The chain wears at 16.5 inches long including the clasp. The links measure 11mm wide across the front. It weighs 20.3 grams.

Condition: Very good uncleaned antique condition. Has a few small pressure dinks but overall, it just has the usual light marks and tarnish which you'd expect on an antique item.
