Antique Victorian James Parkes Sterling Silver Teapot
Antique Victorian James Parkes Sterling Silver Teapot. This beautiful sterling silver was manufactured by renowned silversmith and goldsmith James Unitt Parkes in London in circa 1880's. Features a black ebonized wood handle and swing-lid top. Intricate detailing on sides and top of a rural scene and friends drinking & playing music. Fully hallmarked on side and stamped with maker name'J. Measures 20x9.5x10cm (length x width x height). Beautiful craftsmanship displayed in this unique piece.
The maker was well known for this type of silverware. In very good original condition. See numerous photos for detail and condition. All items sent with a signed for service within 2 days.
