Antique sterling silver mechanical gold or coal miners spoon

  

Antique dated may 25th 1902 mechanical spoon. There is a little winch at the top of the spoon connected to a miners lift or cart in the middle of the spoon enabling it to be moved however needs fixing to make it work. Its connected but does not work.
