Antique Blackinton STERLING SILVER COIN PURSE chain handle divided miniature 2x3
Beautiful antique sterling silver coin purse with a finely hand tooled paisley pattern. There is a plain cartouche on front that has never been monogrammed or engraved and the full paisley on reverse side. Purse has original sterling chain handle and a secure working push and snap closure. It also has a very nice original fitted lining with divided compartments. On inside edge marked STERLING 2443 with R.
Blackinton arrow and "B" hallmark. Purse is 3-3/8" wide across bottom hinged edge and 2" high.
There is a small peck mark ding on front just below plain center cartouche, other small signs of age and use.
