1895 Victorian silver rattle with whistle round soother & seven silver bells. Measurements: the silver part of the body measures 11 cms or 4.5 inches whilst the ring is 4.5 cms or 1.25 inches in diameter. C being Colen Hewer Cheshire.

Date letter: v being 1895. Condition: in good condition there are signs some of the bells are not original. Any advice or comments from collectors will be gratefully received.
