Item :- Antique Sterling Solid Silver Full Size Postal Scales Complete with Solid Silver Weights. This rare set can only have been privately commissioned by the outstanding silversmith CJ Vander. The detail and accuracy is stunning with each part carrying matching hallmarks, the weights are complete and also have full hallmarks with weights of 2oz, 1oz, 1/2oz and 1/4oz. I have been retailing Antique silver for over 35 years and I have never come across anything of this craftmanship for postal scales. A must for any collector but still very usable today.

Maker :- Cornelius Joshua Vander. Approximate Weight :- 497g (31.1g = 1 Troy oz). Approximate Size :- 20cm long x 10cm wide x 9cm high (1 inch = 25.4mm). Condition :- The item is in good condition (see images for details).
