Victorian Silver Vinaigrette, Hallmarked Birmingham 1896. A wonderful late Victorian silver vinaigrette with.

Bright cut decoration to both top and bottom &. It is hallmarked for silver, Birmingham in the year 1896 w. Ith stamped makers mark for Henry Williamson Ltd. The piece measures 3.5cm by 3cm. It weighs 14.6 grams.

The piece is in need of some repair as the main hinge pins are missing/broken as is the hinge to the inner cover, so essentially the vinaigrette is currently in its three component parts. This should be a fairly easy and inexpensive fix. The vinaigrette has some light surface scratches but is otherwise in good order.
