1883 Victorian silver chalice, paten & flagon communion set boxed. This speaks its own history through the dedication on the wine flask. " Presented to Rev C M Watling as a parting present by his friends at St Saviours Bath 1884". Wishing him every happiness and gods blessing. REV CM Watling was a vicar at Umber in Bath and references up to 1902. Measurements: the paten dish is 8 cms in diameter. The chalice and the flask are 9.5 cms & 11cms high respectively. The chalice is 9.5 cms it holds 2 fluid ounces of wine.

The flask is 11cms high holds 4 fluid ounces of wine. Weight: total silver weight 174 grams. Hallmarks:Victorian duty head date letter H being 1883. Makers mark: JB being Jacob Berman.
