We are delighted to offer this splendid Victorian solid silver goblet made by silversmith Richards & Brown of London in 1869.

The exterior features a draped half-wreath of finely chased flowers and leaves that are tied in the middle with a ribbon. Furthermore, multiple acanthus leaves stem from beneath, encompassing the bottom section of the goblet.

The bowl of the goblet is supported by a thin yet solid stem and widened foot which provides stability when held in hand and also upon resting on top of a table with no wobble. The foot features a continued floral chased motif with a beaded border on the bezel. Full set of English hallmarks are marked on the side of the goblet with slight wear.

An elegant, ornate and practical piece of fine Victorian silverware - ideal for usage with drinks of your choice or as part of luxurious interior decor. Beautiful fully chased floral/acanthus design.
